PILATES

Pilates

And Pilates according to Magali

His experience allows him to teach Pilates individually, with personalized follow-up in order to intervene with each person. Since a very young age, she practices dance intensely in order to obtain the best performance.

Today, she dedicates her knowledge so that each student is closer to his abilities. She approaches the body-mind dimension by always granting at the beginning and at the end of the session, a time of integration. Breathing, present throughout the session, allows you to let go of tension. Magali's pictorial language promotes understanding of the movement "you must not crush the little butterfly under your navel".

What is Pilates?

Pilates, far from being a training method and even less a collection of exercises, constitutes a real system of physical and mental conditioning. It is intended to strengthen the body, increase flexibility, improve coordination, reduce stress, increase the ability to concentrate and provide a lasting sense of well-being.

Pilates for whom?

Pilates is for everyone, men and women, regardless of age and initial level of physical condition. The limited number of students spread over 3 levels of lessons allows Magali to adapt to everyone's needs and to practice the fundamentals of Pilates. Breathing, concentration, center, control, precision and fluidity.

Thanks to the accessories, she tackles the work of stability and relaxation more easily, for example the SWISS BALL, is used for balance work in the elderly and the FOARM ROLLER for massages.

Finally, as during her 12-year professional career, Magali works with Pilates, the strengthening of deep muscles which allows top athletes to avoid injury.
